These Terms and Conditions apply to any goods supplied by Jimco Pty Ltd - T/A www.boltsnutsscrewsonline.com ("the Company) to the Customer.
In the following Terms and Condittions of sale the "Company" shall mean the Company selling the goods (JIMCO PTY LTD) and the "Customer" shall mean the entity purchasing the goods, the subject of these terms and condittions of sale. "Goods" means the goods sold to the Customer by the Company. "Site" means the web site www.boltsnutsscrewsonline.com
These terms may be altered without notice and will be deemed effective immediately once posted to the Site. All customers will be deemed to have agreed and be bound by these tems once they access this Site or opened a trade account.
1. Pricing and GST
a. All prices noted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.
b. International orders will automatically adjust the pricing accordingly in relation to being GST exempt.
c. Rights are reseved to alter the pricing at any time and for any reason without notice.
2. Payments (cash customers)
a. We accept online payments via Visa or Mastercard which will be process after the order is completed online. Credit card orders made on a weekend or Queensland Public Holiday will be processed on the next business day.
b. Payments can also be made via direct debit with the funds being transferred into the Company's bank account noted in the check-out page.
c. Unless otherwise agreed all goods must be paid for in full before they will be shipped from the Company's warehouse. For bank transfers all funds must be noted and cleared into the Company's account prior to release of Goods.
3. Payments (trade accounts)
a. Payment for the goods sold by the company to the Customer shall be tendered no later the expiration of 30 days from the end of the month the goods were sold.
b. All payment terms are based on the date of invoice and not when the goods are received by the Customer.
c. Any variation of these Payment Terms shall be in writing and signed on behalf or the Company by a Director of the Company.
4. Supply of products
a. Subject to the Terms and Conditions, we will supply to you the products listed on your order confirmation. If we are unable to supply an item for any reason, we will notify you via phone or email. You will have the option to choose an alternative product, exclude the product or cancel the order. We will adjust the payment totals accordingly if the products or quantities change.
b. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to confirm that your order hass been shipped.
5. Delivery Charges
a. Delivery charges can be noted in the Shipping page of the Site.
b. Delivery charges will apply to all returns that are no fault of the Company.
6. Returns/Cancellations
a. All return of goods or cancellation of orders must be approved by the Company.
b. All returns must be made within 14 days.
c. Freight for returning goods must be prepaid by the Customer.
d. The Company will only credit the returned goods if they are in a condition fit for sale.
e. The Company reserves the right to charge up to 15% of the ordered goods as a handling and re-stocking fee as well as reimbersement of any previously outlayed freight costs. Any monies crdeited for the Return/Cancellation will have the previous fees and charges deducted accordingly.
f. Any product not listed on our website is deemed to be a special order. All special orders are non-refundable.
7. Risk & Retention of Title
a. All risk in the goods passes to the Customer upon delivery or into the Customers custody.
b. All goods delivered to the Customer by the Compnay remain the property of the Company until all debts owing by the Customer have been paid.
c. The Customer gives irrevocable authority to the Company to enter any premisis occupied by the Customer, at any time, to remove any goods not paid for in full by the Customer.
d. The Company shall not be liable for costs, damages or expenses or any other losses incurred by the Customer or any third party as a result of this action, nor liable in contract or in tort or otherwise in any way whatsoever.
8. Suitability of Products
a. The Company makes no representations about the suitability or fitness of any of the products we sell or any purpose or application.
b. The Company shall in no event be liable for any damages whatsoever resulting from the incorrect or inappropriate use of products supplied, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other action, arising out or or in connection with the use or performance of products sold by the Company.
c. If the Cusomer is in any doubt as to the proper usage of a product purchased from the Company, the Customer should consult an appropriate professional for advise.
9. Product Information
a. All product information given by the Company both verbally or on the Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, and we hereby disclaim all warranties and conditions with regards to this information.
b. Product photos on the Site are indicative only, and although they may be a representation of the product the photos may not be a true representation of the actual part or size.
c. The information provided on the Site could include typographical errors or technical inaccuracies.
d. The Site containes links to third party websites of which the Company is not resoponsible for, nor do we endorse in any way these sites or their content. Any Customer that accesses these third party linked websites does so at their own risk.
